Noodology - Irvine

Food was on par/above par, but the service leaves much to be desired.

So many great flavors in one place. They offer noodle dishes from several different regions of China. Definitely on my short list to revisit.

Excellent place that has great noodles. I appreciate there take out packaging. Their location is also friendly for pick up.

Firstly, we had a to-go order and ended up with something completely different from what we ordered when we got home. Second thing, This place needs to improve its customer service. We've visited twice, and while the food is good, getting assistance from servers is consistently challenging. There's a male server who comes across as unprofessional and rude. It's disappointing that the staff doesn't seem to know how to greet customers properly. Good food loses its appeal without great service.

Extremely tasty noodle dishes - All noodle dishes we tried were really excellent. Also, the sticky rice dessert is super tasty! I agree with some of the other reviews that the staff could really try to be friendlier. However, who cares about that if the food and price are great?
