Noodles Fresh LLC was founded in 2014, opening a 90-seat flagship, casual theme style restaurant and tea house in the El Cerrito, California (2015).and (2020) in Berkeley, CA. The family owned and operated company is committed to providing patrons with freshly prepared, healthy noodles on a daily basis. The unique business concept offers signature Chinese Gluten-Free Rice Noodle dishes using local ingredients, meat and vegetables. Located a few blocks from BART, the renovated 2,000 square foot facility includes a beer and wine bar, tea bar, open kitchen and nature-inspired dining area. Noodles Fresh is Open Daily from 11am to 9pm.
