Noodles and Company

This noodles and company is the best! One of the only food places that will always have the order ready on time for pick up. They are very consistent with their food. If you do have a problem with your dish, you just let them know and they will fix it. Very very good service, why I eat from there about 1-2x a week. Try em out.

When attempting to purchase food from your Tinley Park location on Sunday 1/7/24 around 7:30pm CT in person I was not even given the option to order food. As it states online the store is scheduled to close at 9pm! The employees had a big sign on the door stating they were only filling and providing service for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. This was very upsetting as i drove across town to get the food. To me this looks lazy as the employees probably just didn’t want to take walk in guest since the night was coming to a close but a hour and a half before? Ridiculous! This really left a bad taste in my mouth! WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Staff was friendly. I was somewhat disappointed in my meal: the small Caesar salad was great, but I wish the Buffalo Mac was better. Let me explain: chicken tasted great and had a good texture, everything was hot & plentiful, and even the macaroni was cooked perfectly, but cheese? It just wasn't cheesy. It was just a let down.

Every time I come to this location they’re always so nice and the place is always so clean. My go to order is the spicy Korean beef and they always make it the exact way that J want. Don’t even get me started on the Mac and cheese, it is always soo cheesy and so good. ❤️ This is my favorite location.

Super dirty so much staff and the floor and tables are dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. Food is dry, location is a joke

I have been going here for years and never had an issue with my meals. Employees have always been kind and prompt.
