Noodles and Company

The staff ignored me when I tried to order, even though they saw me at the register. They were not busy with other orders, as I was the only one in the building. I was able to get their attention and order, and the food got brought out very quickly. Unfortunately, the food was cold and evidently not fully cooked.

Whoever the shift manager on at this time was the best!!

I came in to pick up an order on December 8th at around 11:45 am, there were 3 people working, 1 male employee and 2 female employees. My order was missing the drink and the male employee was quick to attempt to help me. Before he got the chance to help he was yelled at by one of his female coworkers and told to finish the order before assisting me. After waiting a few minutes the other female employee gave me a nasty look and asked “what do you need” with an aggressive tone. When I said I just needed a cup for my drink she told me to just grab the cup myself. To whomever the male employee was, he deserves significantly more respect from his coworkers.

Ordered just after 6 pm no employee had a hair net in and the man with a beard did not have a beard net. Come home with my food and found 2 long hairs in my food someone should call the health department. Update ordered again and found plastic in my food

I ordered for the window pickup and when I got there the worker told me to come inside because they were backed up. So I went inside and waited for almost 40 minutes while people who came in after me got their food before me. I went up to the counter and turns out my food had been sitting at the window the whole time. My food is cold. I understand being backed up, I work in fast food as well. But seriously?
