Generally great place to eat just went today crispy beef protein could be better just because it wasn’t crispy

The portion sizes have dwindled drastically over the years at Noodlebox unfortunately, and that was more than evident with my latest order. The boxes are smaller than ever, and they were 75% full. There was little to no protein, and the vegetables were basically non existent (or the stems of the broccoli). Unfortunately, as a 15 year customer to Noodle box, we won't be going back as the quality of food and portion size has reached an all time low. If you order a box, expect to be hungry still after you eat it.

Employees were very kind and had my food out fast tasted amazing also made me feel very comfortable check on me seeing if I was like oh my food would recommend going and giving it a taste.

Food quality is not that bad.. Quantity literally not as per other Noodle-box restaurants in town.. customer service ZERO.. Weird manager has some hearing problem or he doesn’t want to listen it anyone properly.. he behaves aggressively to his staff and customers then continuesly apologizing to all customers too. Not worth going there at all

Whoever wants to work here make sure you are punjab or Hindi since being from other culture makes it extra difficult to adapt Lots of favouritism towards others ! Food is all the same as the other noodle box locations barely any protein. Complaining about a painful and infected scar will minimize you hours until you prove you are sufficient like the owner described!!

Fantastic food and impeccable service. The new location is a hit! I requested for a medium hot and it was on point. So happy to have a NB location in Royal Oak.
