I recently dined at Noodlebox in Canada Victoria bc at Douglas street and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Throughout the meal, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. They were attentive to every detail, from promptly seating me to regularly checking in to see if I needed anything. What truly stood out was their professionalism and knowledge of the menu. They were well-versed in the different dishes offered and were able to provide helpful recommendations based on my preferences. Their enthusiasm for the cuisine was evident, and it enhanced the overall dining experience. Ordered a teriyaki chicken box and asked for mild spice. This box was so hot after a couple bites I stopped and went back the next day to return it. The manager refused and I’ve had diarrhea all day. Don’t recommended this location at all. Why would you not give the customer his money back if he is giving you the food back? It was clearly not mild and he decided to tell me how Thai sauce is always very hot. Not my first rodeo at having noodle box bud. Definitely do not recommend.

Don’t order the pad thai. The noodles were undercooked and the “mild/medium” spice level was extremely spicy. I’m not picky but this was bad. Maybe other menu items are good…

The noodlebox on douglas is a fantastic place to get a decently priced meal with a good amount of protein. Everything is made fresh to order and tastes delicious. I would highly recommend the teriyaki box with chicken breast with the medium heat level.

Way more spicy than described. Quality was poor. Paid for an add-on that wasn’t included.

I had dinner there last week and it was fantastic. The food was great and the service was excellent. I recommend this place to everyone.

Had the ginger beef box. As a brown man with a palate for spicy and nuanced flavours, this was excellent! The staff there were pretty chill as well, letting us eat in past their ten pm close-off, when they saw that I had my kid with me.

Front desk host is extremely rude
