We love this place! Delicious food with amazing staff!

Came here on a weekday for dinner to find this place PACKED !! Amazing green tea while I waited for my take out. My noodles were well worth the wait. It says a lot when a restaurant can execute great quality while busy. Props to the ONE server and the chef!! Absolutely delicious !!

I’m so sad to say this place was pretty terrible. The hostess was so sweet upon arrival. I wanted it to be great! After waiting 45 minutes for a small noodle dish, I decided to ask on the timeline of when it would be done. I could tell the hostess was bothered by that, and she made it seem like it was my fault for not ordering sooner (although two tables that arrived after me were served before me). She let me know a few more minutes. I didn’t read any reviews before going to the restaurant, and upon reading them I would agree with all one star reviews… if I’m going to wait 45 minutes the food better be either incredible or at least close. It was actually on the low end. I found a total of six pieces of meat slivers in a the shrimp, beef and chicken noodle choice. And the “veggies” were two pieces of cabbage. The noodles had no flavor. Owners, you could do something great with this place, if you offer excellent service, perhaps the food issue would be overlooked some, until you figure things out. OR have shabby service but kick butt with the best Chinese food in Eastern WA! We wish you well. I would not eat there again.

The food was amazing! We absolutely loved it! I can't wait to go back again and bring more people to try it. We had the beef soup and the general tso chicken! Both were amazing and so full or flavor! The beef in the soup was cooked perfectly! Our server was very nice too! Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there

Authentic Hong Kong food, and amazing soup dumplings. I can't believe this exists in Richland...

The BBQ steamed buns are phenomenal. Also the sesame chicken is the best I've ever had. Great chill atmosphere. Lovely ladies. The iPad for ordering was very clever to cut down on wait times. Will return often!

I got an order of bbq pork buns and it’s one of if not the BEST meal I’ve had, also the pork buns are big but they’re so good I had all four

We got here at 4:05 pm right after they reopened on Sunday evening. First people there. Placed our order at roughly at 4:15 pm. Two other groups of people arrived after we had placed our order. They were served before us. They finished their food before we even got ours. We have 3 children. It was not an easy wait. I finally decided to speak up after we had been waiting an entire 45 minutes. The women at the front saw me walking towards her and waived saying "it's coming it's coming". I turned around and sat back down. We still waited another 20 minutes for the first plate of fried rice to come. Then 2 or three minutes later a noodle plate. Then 5 minutes later finally got the other two plates. We didn't place a large order. It was simple dishes. No Apologies for the wait. Then when we were getting ready to go, one of the cooks was standing right next to our table ready to clean it. We still weren't even standing up. I was so very embarrassed as the other groups that got their food before us kept looking over at us. I hate to pull the race card but we are a Hispanic family and the others were Caucasians. Truly felt like they were trying to keep them happy over us. It was humiliating. Never will I go here again. And I sure hope they read this review. So they do better.
