Very little difference in menu items. Small portion. My wife liked it. Not the best vegetarian selection.

They set our order aside on counter and forgot about it. We were inside and ordered to go

Found two strands of short grey hair in my food. Reply to customer service: I've eaten here at least once to twice a month. I've seen those thin ginger fibers every single time. These were not the same! These looked like curly grey thick hair that had the root on it!

Be careful going through the drive through. Check your order before you leave! Nothing is ever right.

I placed an order online. I ordered a bowl with no Asian slaw and paid extra for 50/50 vegetables & rice. once I got home, I noticed I had a little rice and no vegetable. I called the noodle express (7514 North Division location) and was informed by the manager that since I placed the order online, there was nothing that could be done. i said, “I paid extra for the 50/50 vegetables & rice”. she replied, “We consider the asian slaw like vegetable. so that’s the reason no vegetables were included. sorry. we can’t do nothing about it since you placed the order online”. no refund was offered.

I still enjoy their teriyaki chicken rice bowls without slaw tons throughout the years.
