Funky in a good way, this is an ancestral method sparkling wine made with "Zero" intervention. The grape is Solaris. It's a hybrid grape, invented in Germany in the 1970s, that thrives in Italy's mountainous Trentino region. Since the fermentation finishes in the bottle, there's natural sediment in the bottle which gives the wine its cloudy appearance.
