Nomad Eatery and Uinta Brewing are the perfect Utah collaboration! Uinta brews and pours the fantastic beer while the Nomad crew handles the food. Mostly straight forward bar food but everything being done in house and handled with care. The in house Smoked Turkey Club being the big seller followed closely by the great burgers. The salads will surprise you as well with the Smoked Salmon Salad being a favorite! Come on in and get a cold pint of Uinta beer and some grub from Nomad. PLEASE NOTE We are inside a bar so 21 years and up only. Sorry Kiddos! Dog approved patio though!
