Noble Rot has re-opened - July, 2020 ... perched atop an award-winning, environmentally forward, Leed-Platinum 4-story building (the greenest!). Our windows offer a unique vista and the finest view of the city in Portland. In the warm summer months we open the windows for better views and breezes. The best way to drink at Noble Rot is through our wine flights, a sample of three different wines, several offered each day. Additionally, we have a 300+ bottle list, over 40 wines by the glass and an expertly crafted cocktail selection. Noble Rot’s highly-regarded, locally-sourced, seasonal menu evolves daily, but includes some menu standards. The 3000 sq ft roof top garden supplies many ingredients for the menu.
