Nothing was good about Noah's. The place seems tired, no effort. I asked for a toasted bagel, and it was not. Coffee was ice cold. So disappointed. Dirty inside. When i pulled up, my instincts told me not go in and I should have followed them. If Noah's read this, I would like my $13.95 back. Thanks D~
It’s closed and they don’t say that online. Drove all the way there to a sign on the door.
Horrible customer service. When greeted with my mobile order not being prepared, because of a shortage, I asked about another option to use and the food preparer said "we have what we have" and pointed at the rack...A simple yes or no would have sufficed. The manager lets the customer service take a backseat. They had about 6-7 people working the line and only 3 customers to service. There was no rush only short answers and the inability to provide a half decent customer service experience. I will drive an extra 10 miles to a better Noahs.
The whole staff is very slow. Teach your staff to work faster when you have so many people, it's ridiculous.
Best Bagel Shop I’ve ever been to! The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast!
Ordered online, waited 30 minutes for my order to be called. Had to ask twice for them to make my order.
I am a fan of their bagels. My 4 year old daughter likes their bagels very much. They are efficient and respectful. I am grateful that they are open on Labor Day. Andrea helped me today with my order and she was very patient with me and kind to me. She was awesome! Thank you guys!
Love the crew at Noah's! The bagels and sandwiches are great. Good customer service is hard to come by, and they are always friendly and welcoming!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The service was terrible, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it. I paid over $7 for a cream cheese bagel with egg, only to receive it without any cheese. Despite informing them of the mistake and requesting a replacement, the manager was rude and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, they gave me the wrong item again after my complaint. Overall, the service and attitude were unacceptable. I won’t be returning. And don’t recommend it to anyone.
Forgot about my order for 20min until they asked why I was there.
