Noah's NY Bagels

Good taste

Ordered a toasted bagel with schmear and a chorizo burrito through doordash. Bagel came untoasted, cold, and hard while the chorizo burrito was completely missing. You'd think with the upcharge on literally everything that people would be able to properly do their jobs. What a disgrace to humanity.

30 mins wait for a bagel ? What happened guys?

Is this Noah's or the DMV? If you order from this Noah's expect to wait for at least 45m for a sandwich. Every single time I order online for this place it says ready in 10m, but when I show up it's always 45-60m and nobody seems to know what's going on or care. The kids working in the back are all moving without urgency or communication it's actually crazy. I ordered at 10:45 and it's 11:37 and I still don't have my stuff.

The service at Noah’s is very good. The manager, Natalie, was super friendly and helpful.

Great bagels, decent prices! Everything else is meh. Garbages were full. Table and counter surfaces were dirty. Cashier wasn't properly trained and I had to ask for a refund for the hot latte because she didn't know how to make it - she failed 3 attempts and took 20 minutes waiting for it while I ate & finished my sandwich, she continued to take more orders each time neglecting making the latte. The others were working in their silos (i.e. the bagel maker focuses on bagel making oblivious to what's happening in his surroundings - the place could be burning and he'd still be making Bagel sandwiches. Two other workers did the same - stuck in their silos unaware of bigger issues happening around them). I've never had such a horrible experience minus the decently made bagel sandwich. The manager did pop out and listened to my experience. He tried to remedy the coffee situation and made them himself free of charge. I don't think I'd go back again because of the overall experience. I did let the manager know about their full garbages and dirty surfaces. And told him that the cashier needed additional training and the location needed to be on their game because they weren't. He seemed sorry and receptive to my comments though.

Unbelievably slow. Takes 20 minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese. Coffee is cold af

The bagel sandwich was okay but the guy behind the register was incredibly cold and distant and looked at me like I was a rodent even after I tipped. Didn't even ask if I wanted to keep my receipt. He just stared me down. A very cold stare. It was bizarre...I probably won't go back to this location.

Great for takeout, being from NY and having lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens I can't say they're the best bagel, but they make a tasty sandwich. Dining room was a bit smoky from the griddle.

Going downhill fast. The staff now tells me they aren't allowed by policy to slice sandwiches in half? Bagels in general don't have a good crust and are undercooked. They are SOOOO SLOW. if you order an un-toasted bagel with cream cheese, expect to wait as long as 15 minutes for them to make it.
