Love the food and atmosphere! Excellent service, especially from Kelvin. Would definitely come back.

今天到星期八火煱。Kelvin安排入坐服務週到，推介的澳洲和牛軟滑，海鮮併盤尤其推介尤魚爽滑，老虎蝦亦彈牙，巴沙魚出奇的嫩滑。還有蝦滑一樣彈牙。惹味的牛油辣湯配以該店的新鮮食材，绝對會再來。

Great food and service! Kevin was very friendly and attentive! Would recommend a visit! ;)

犹豫了一下要不要写这个反馈，理解做生意的不容易，也有点浪费我的时间和精力写投诉，但最后决定还是简单写一下为什么给一星。 女儿喜欢吃火锅，说每周都要吃一次，于是在她学乐器的附近找到了这家。上课结束后，已经晚上7点多。网上预定桌子的时间选择有限，于是我们先选最近的时间8:30，因为等的时间有点长，所以早点去火锅店碰碰运气看看有没空位。 7:30到火锅店，我们排第一，后面有两位情侣（他们说没有定位置），店里面有两张桌子是空的，但服务员（名字就不说了）告诉我们两张桌子都已预定，分别是7:45和8点，他们必须等到那个时间，如果预定的客户不来，他们才可以把座位让给其他客户。因为时间有点晚了，我问服务员想想办法先给我们其中一张桌子，这个服务员两次进去请示经理或老板，最后还是告诉我们说不行，他们必须等到那两个时间之后。 于是我们只好出来等，结果没想到，我们刚出门，他们跟后面的那两位情侣交谈了片刻，直接让他们坐到了其中的一张桌子。我跟女儿说那两位已经进去坐下来，她还不信，自己跑过去看个究竟，跑回来跟我说：他们确实进去在其中一张桌子那坐下了。女儿问为什么他们可以进去，他们那样做很不公平。。 这就是我想说的经历。制度是靠公司管理层制定的，人道？商道？客户至上，还是金钱至上？也许这就是社会上人们常说的欺负弱示群体（孩子和妇女）的表现吧。 其实，过了大半辈子了，没吃过多少火锅，我们也照样活的很好，再好吃，我应该不会再光顾这家不诚实的火锅店。所以我给能选的最低的星。

I went to go have HotPot but the Waiter (Kelvin) said there were no tables available but once I left, the 2 people behind me got a table and they didn’t reserve one. I went back and then Kelvin said there was a walk-in table!

The dining experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Kelvin, who made us feel right at home. What stood out was the hospitality he has provided - he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our meal. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining place. Thank you so much for such great service!

We have been tonight and the food was spectacular, the atmosphere was very good and the service is great, they asked us if it was our first time in a hotpot and they explained all the dishes to us and helped us at all times, thank you very much
