If joining the dark side is wrong, we don't want to be right. Inspired by the rich flavors of its namesake imperial stout, Darkling is our dark, decadent espresso blend. With a careful mix of two fruit-forward coffees made up of a honey processed Peruvian coffee and a fruit forward Ethiopian bean. As an espresso, it presents a syrupy, stonefruit body with red plum acidity, and a crisp, apricot finish.

Lady Java is here to celebrate women who are changing the game in the world of joe. This batch shines the spotlight on Finca Santa Margarita. Founded in 1838, the farm is in large part operated by women, which includes running their own school and health clinic for its workers who live on Santa Margarita. This single origin medium roast starts with a milk chocolate note and is rounded out by a light citrus sweetness.
