Was excited to have some Billy Bones Ribs again. After half hour wait watching the most unorganized staff and waiters run around looking busy doing nothing, we asked if we could finally order. "Just another 10 minutes, sir"

After being sent upstairs to seat ourselves, we waited for about 15-20 minutes to never be greeted or served as we watched 2 other tables that came in after get served and get their drinks. We left, no one ever spoke to us after the host.

Ted was the best, above and beyond, and he wasnt even our server!!!! The sugar shack old fashioned is good but Not as good as the Cornbread.... sooo great!!!

Bar server very min and not serving after 10 minutes waiting because she said “I don’t want to serve you “

We had the absolute best service. We asked for honey for my son’s chicken fingers and they actually went to a neighbouring restaurant to find it. We were so pleased with the food and how fast they served us, especially during March Break rush. I highly recommend Billy Bones and Dan as our server to anyone looking for delicious food and a stellar experience.

Brisket was good BBQ sauce was great and the service was great from Shubham

Never try this restaurant, rib is so bad and disgusting. And price is too high

The ribs were incredible. Service was excellent and fast. Will certainly come back when I return to Niagara.
