The kind of lobster you are probably "used to." The meat is firm and fills the whole shell.

A lobster that has recently molted. Shell will be soft and easy to peel. There will be less meat in the claw but meat will be sweeter.

Lobster chunks lightly coated and fried. Comes with spicy mayo.

Also known as 'rock crabs' these are our 'bigger crabs' and are caught both in-shore and off-shore by our co-op fishermen. lb
