Edit: well sometimes we get harsh because we are sick and starving and it takes longer than expected for the food to arrive, well he is right the pizza was cold because of door dash’s slowest service. But the pizza was over cooked. The crust and cheese topping were overdone. And the pepperonis edges were over done too. So i still stand with that review. Still Pizza did not taste bad at all. It was okay. But could’ve been better. I really love to support small local businesses but quality should not be compromised. And instead of being so defensive, focus on the potential improvements. And if your crust is always like that, pls compare my pizza’s photos with the photos of malek’s review right below. You will know the difference! If you still don’t you need to be in a different business.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! AJ Syed does a great job of making sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend this spot.

I attended a car meet hosted by AJ last night. I ordered a meat lovers pizza. The crust was cooked to perfection. The sauce was sweet and delicious. The meats on the pizza were of high quality. I highly recommend NY Pizza Factory. I will definitely be back to try other items in the menu. Parking: Ample parking

Went here kind of late and was met with hospitality and great service. Not only that but the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, bussin is the term I heard people use while eating the food there. In all seriousness Aj, the owner, was very helpful and even though they had a rush was able to get me my food in 15 minutes. I am definitely recommending this place to others and will be coming back as soon as possible. Dietary restrictions: I brought a friend with me who is allergic to eggs and they were able to accommodate and made sure that he could eat products on the menu by substituting things which conflicted with what he wanted to order.

Underrated spot. Definitely come here if you value the ratio of garlic:cheese on a pizza.
