New Scotland Spirits distills wheat, rye, bourbon, and single malt "Helderberg Whiskies" — as well as a vodka and gin — from grains grown on family farms throughout Upstate NY. We're a woman- and veteran-owned business, and the most widely distributed independent liquor company in NYS. The New Scotland Spirits Tasting Room is our company flagship, located at the corner of State & Lark Streets in Albany's historic Center Square neighborhood. Our Prohibition Era speakeasy is an elegant, intimate, cozy affair serving beer, mead, wine, and cider produced exclusively in New York State. We offer coffee and mocktails, but the cause célèbre is our cocktails handcrafted with our aged 5-to-7 year whiskies and 6 times distilled vodka and gin.
