Food is good but the Stonebridge location is the best by far

Parking: Tough to find a spot during busy times, but that speaks a lot about their popularity.

In terms of sushi and service this place is an absolute favourite. Food is amazing, all staff are so great and friendly even when it was very busy. Went at a peak supper time and was told the wait may be 20-25 minutes. Got a table in 15 mins maybe less. Well worth the wait. Everything on the menu I've tried is very good. Favourites being the pork cutlet, spicy Salmon or crab sushi. Also dry pork or mango Maki roll. Tempura is the best I've had, great selection. The restaurant is a bit dated and a tad grimey. The building is showing its age. If going for a date or impressing someone I suggest the other location!

Great foods

They served us their last dish at quarter to 9, at 9:05 someone walked by our table, “Actually, we’re closed now, so you should leave maybe?” We were patient about getting our food 30 min after ordering because they were busy, maybe they need to close their kitchen sooner? Or allow their clients as much time as we need instead of kicking us out? New level of disrespect. Zero stars.

A group of us went there for a dinner gathering on a busy Wednesday, but they took so long to take our order. Once the food was ordered, we were left waiting an hour before 1 dish showed up. They said there was only one cook working. For the next dish to come, it took another hour. We were not happy with the poor service. With 10 minutes left before closing, all of our food showed up! They warned us that if we didn’t finish the food, they would charge us extra! Then they said they would call 911 if we wasted any food! Ridiculous! Instead of apologizing for their poor service - they threatened us! We were still paying for our food, but they didn’t understand why we were upset, and instead treated us poorly (8 women). This gathering was a farewell dinner, and the restaurant completely ruined the evening. I strongly suggest for people to not support this restaurant (or they might call 911 on you if you don’t like how long the food takes to get to the table)…
