Pommeau is our take on a French tradition. Our cider is distilled at Litchfield Distillery, then we age it in new oak barrels, blend it with fresh juice & continue aging it for a grand total of 24 months! Our Pommeau is hand bottled & hand labeled; made with love just for you. It boasts notes of oak, honey, toffee and raisin, with a full mouth feel and a warm, sweet finish. 20% ABVWe have been waiting over 2 years to share this project with you, we can't wait for you to try it!
