New Day Bakery

The bread and pastries at New Day are fabulous. Nice vibe occasionally enhanced by whoever wants to play the piano. Wasn’t crowded on an extra rainy day today, had an excellent breakfast burrito and a crispy chocolate croissant, perfect! Parking: Usually easy to find street parking

People sleep on this place when in reality it's one of the best restaurants in town. The food is absolutely wonderful, the cost is actually a fair price and they have beer! Sitting in their warm and cozy restaurant or out on the beautiful patio, either way you're going to feel welcomed. If you're lucky you'll see the local yocal Buddy. If you're very lucky you'll get to rub his tummy. I recommend this place to everyone.

Laid-back bakery with plenty of seating and sunny booths near windows to sip coffee and read books in. Nestled in the heart of the Whitaker neighborhood. Beautiful patio in the summertime. Great food too!
