New China Taste

Hello. My name is Chuan Chen, but you can call me Michael. I would like to apologize first hand that my English is not good, but I try my best in everything I do. I am from Fuzhou, Fujian, China. I immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 17 and did all sorts of job. I started this business when I was around 28 years old, and I am happy at how much New China Taste has grown since then. I am a certified Chef, and I have competed in many Culinary competitions overseas in Beijing, China. However, there is always space for more learning and growing in the future.
