For many years, and through many owners, New China has strictly been a sit-down/takeout restaurant. We understand there are dozens of similar restaurants which offer even more similar menus. How do we make ourselves stand out? For starters, we stress the importance of cleanliness. We spend the extra time cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant hourly and daily. We're firm believers of clean food, first comes from a clean kitchen.
