MODERN BLEND: Modern: Our new standard, Modern combines bright and complex coffees that have been developed in the roast process to highlight sweetness and character. A heavy focus on floral aromatics and clean fruit tones shine through in espresso, cafe beverages, and brewing at home. Right now Modern is a blend of 66% washed Abore (Sidama, Ethiopia) and 33% washed process Black Condor (Tolima, Colombia) FAZENDA SINGLE ORIGIN: (South America) Fazenda Pantano is located in a micro-region of Cerrado Mineiro. One of three farms operated by the Naimeg family the producing area is over 500 hectares. This coffee came to us in collaboration with Los Volcanoes Coffee who are responsible for our favorite Guatemalan coffees.  CONTEMPORARY BLEND: Contemporary is neither Mid Century or Modern, yet is rooted in characteristics of both.
