First time here and came for brunch. Coffee options are nice, and the food came out quickly.
Thomas was very helpful in explaining everything for our 1st time. Very satisfied with the experience.
Came here for breakfast and it was such a vibe! We had Xoi Man, Xoi Chien, Garlic noods and the Wildberry matcha latte, creme brulee coffee and salted egg coffee. The food and drinks were all delicious and definitely insta worthy! I would recommend doing it as sharing plates though because it can get pretty filling. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great too.
The best bang for your buck. The food is so so good and the atmosphere is perfect for a date as well. I don’t think the menu has ever missed. We LOVE the shrimp salad. I get it every time I’m here 😅
Went for dinner time. Although there was a good amount of people it still felt intimate. Great food! Absolutely loved their crispy brussel sprouts their shrimp garlic noodles were great too!
incredible place! ambiance is so nice and good for all sorts of occasions - date night, family night, large friend groups, solo dining. the tomahawk porkchop was extremely tender and juicy. awesome sauce on it. the mango salad was also very well done. the cocktails were well mixed and the flavors were so unique. definitely a place i would recommend and a place i will come back to!
Love the coconut water with matcha foam and the vietnamese shrimp salad. The soups al come with too much cabbage, so I would request less cabbages and more of the protein. I also love the egg Tiramisu and my kid loves the cute kids meal box.
Great creative food choices. Not too many choices during brunch, but I really loved what's there. I recommend the egg coffee.
We were looking for Kin Izakaya that apparently had closed down and we were so lucky to come across NEP. It was an excellent choice!
The food was phenomenal. We ordered a few items 2x. The Brussels were my favorite. The appetizers were so good and maybe better than the mains. They also had a full bar which we don’t expect in the neighborhood strip mall of Irvine.
The ambiance was warm and the feel is high end. This is not the restaurant people eat and leave, a good place for dates and hangout (closes at 9pm)
The service was professional and prompt.
My fiancée and I really enjoyed our dinners here together. We've been here twice so far but have enjoyed our experiences so far.
The restaurant has a classy atmosphere, and the noise level isn't bad despite how popular the restaurant gets in the evenings. The chairs were also notably comfortable. The restroom was also well maintained and provided mouth wash, which was a nice touch, considering fish sauce seems to be a commonly used component in the sauces.
The appetizers (beef carpaccio and Vietnamese chicken salad) were good-sized portions and felt refreshing on the palate with the herbs provided in the dishes. If you are a fan of beef carpaccio, this is definitely a dish to order each time we ordered 2 because we enjoyed it so much.
The calamari was also delicious and larger than I anticipated. A light batter coating that pairs well with a wedge of lime.
We had the Pork Tomahawk and the Boneless Ribeye on separate occasions. The dishes are definitely meant to be shared as the portions are large. The dishes felt well balanced and had bold flavors that were very enjoyable. Texture wise, the pork was nicely charred, yet juicy and the beef was very tender.
I am glad to have what I consider to be a reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant for the quality and portions of food provided in Irvine.
TLDR: Fresh, flavorful, balanced 10/10
We’re from Seattle and this place has always been on our list to try. I love this place so much, from the receptionist, the server (Annie) to the food. They were all attentive, kind, and sweet. The food was great and the vibe of the restaurant was super clean, neat, and modern. Cant complain 🫶🏼 We definitely come back when we have another Cali trip in the near future!
everything was so tasty!!
