Neb Wine Bar specializes in making simple bites of deliciousness reminiscent of your favorite tapas. Chef Balti cooks most every tasty morsel in our wood-fired oven while wines of the region are featured on our engaging wine list. Negronis, the featured cocktail, are made utilizing gins from around the world accented by blood oranges and barrel-aged vermouth from Carpano Antica. For most of 40 years, Jackie and I have spent many an evening frequenting the wine bars of Alba, Barbaresco, Barolo, and Tuscany, Italy. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted to transport you into a world of culinary excellence and elevated libations. It's not just a dining experience; it's a celebration of decades-long devotion to fine wines and good food.
