Was skeptical looking at the reviews but gave it a try and was really impressed by their food. The food tastes really well and fresh and the portion size is good enough. Their falafel are really good and have the right consistency and their sauces have the right flavors. Tried the grape leaves and those tasted fresh and well as well. Enjoyed their baklava as well. They have plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating available. Would recommend this place for Mediterranean food. In my personal opinion they are better than Cava.
The food here is great, how ever the staff is very quick to rush you through the line without getting a chance to ask questions. It was 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The place was not busy.
While I was there the manager barked at employees which made the line of customers waiting uncomfortable I asked for a napkin and was treated as if I couldn’t find them on my own, instead of acknowledging that I needed one! Instead of getting me a napkin the manager left and went to bark at the employee who’s responsibility it was. food as always was great, but if you only like a few of the ingredients you are not getting much food! Barking managers at employees make for a very uncomfortable environment. Will make sure I only order take out and order every topping possible, otherwise I wind up with nothing.
I like this place overall, BUT: protein portions could be bigger and each pita is separately packaged in a plastic bag. Not environment friendly.
My favorite go to lunch option. Garlic whip is so good!
I used to love NAYA a lot and eat here 100+ times. But today I went here. They gave me a very small share and has almost no protein, feel like some leftovers. When I ask if too little protein and they said it is regular. LoL. I would never eat here again.
