I recently experienced the exceptional service of Nawabi Hyderabad House (Schaumburg) during a power failure that left me unable to retrieve my pick-up order. Despite the inconvenience, their team went above and beyond, arranging for my order to be delivered to my doorstep. Their genuine concern and willingness to help were truly commendable. It's worth noting that we have ordered from Nawabi Hyderabad House multiple times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. Overall tasty food.

If you are vegetarian, DO NOT EAT IN THIS PLACE! Even vegetarian biryani in this place has meat in it. In my kofta biryani I found a piece of chicken from inside (not even a mistake where it can be on the top).

Have been pure vegetarian for all these years, these people served non veg item as complimentary snack. Pathetic service - Hyderabad house. Order details: Have ordered family veg biryani on 4/13/24 9:30 pm , they gave Non Veg complimentary. Strict Vegetarians kindly take care of the order and double check your order(especially complimentary items) avoid orders as much as possible from these WORST service/staff. If you are too busy/crowded, can’t deliver the order with accuracy and quality - kindly deny the orders.

I have tried tomato soup,potlam biryani,cashew chicken all of them are really good and the staff are very kind.

Extremely unfriendly customer service from the lady who asked for payment at the registry ... chicken fry was undercooked as well.
