The Bavarian brewers have been masters in their trade for centuries and therefore also brew excellent pils beers. Indeed it was a Bavarian master brewer that brewed the first beer according to the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen! The glimmering, light-yellow Ayinger Bairisch Pils has the fragrance of aromatic hops from the “Hallertau” region of Bavaria (only these are used in the Ayinger beer specialties!). The beer is highly fermented and therefore smooth on the initial taste sensation, but also mild and sparkling in body. Our pils is accentuated by the floweriness of the hops aroma and has a more pronounced bitterness on swallowing, which quickly fades from the taste buds.

A light and insanely refreshing tart ale overflowing with tropical juiciness! Crisp and dry, but balanced by the addition of pineapple, orange, and guava.

A blend of Foedre aged wild ale and fresh saison refermented with blackberries and jasmine. A rush of blackberry seeds, peach nectar and tangerines finishes with lingering traces of soft oak, inky merlot and jasmine flowers.

Some people call cherries, which grow in twin pairs, the “Gemini” of fruit. This bright, effervescent and pleasantly tart berliner weisse features not one but two kinds of cherries. It’s twins all the way down. Maybe share a Gemini Rising with your own twin, while looking at your daily horoscope, or perhaps as tribute to the eternal twins of the sky Castor and Pollux.

Brewed with the juice of Montmorency sour cherries from Michigan, this kettle-soured beer is a melange of flavors aromas. Bright cherry flavors mingle with the salty tartness of the gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience.

Ace Pumpkin is a limited fall release cider. We use fresh Pumpkin juices, Cloves, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg to create a refreshing yet warming holiday beverage.

Squeeze Box is primarily Ida Red apples. it is sweeter than Smackintosh, at 5 percent residual sugar. It's percieved sweetness is more as well because it is less tart than Smakintosh. It's a crowd pleaser, sweet, juicy, like a proffessional adult juice box.

Blackberry hard seltzer with agave

Cruisin’ around in your Hugger Orange Whip back in the day was a classic. Inspired by the classic muscle car color Hugger Orange, this American orange Wheat Ale reminds us of another nostalgic piece of americana… the Dreamscicle!”

Intensely roasted and dark chestnut in color, with a dark tan head of creamy foam. Hopped up with Galena, East Kent Goldings and Mt. Hood hops.

Inspired by that last drink of cereal milk, this 7% White Stout brewed with Saigon cinnamon, Tahitian vanilla bean, and milk sugar is sure to take you back to simpler times when Saturday morning cartoons were the most important part of the week.

Enticing aromas of ripe plum, bouquet of violets and cocoa powder. Generous flavors of dark cherry and blackberry play the lead role mid palate with earthy floral notes and a touch of cedar spice. Bright acidity gives way to a lingering silky finish.

A rare example of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc is bright and racy. Full of flavors of zesty citrus, guava and passionfruit with a chalky minerality and a hint of salinity. This wine highlights all the benefits of our cool climate estate vineyard, ideal for growing this vibrant varietal. We like to think of this wine as the perfect combination of Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand and Sancerre – bursting with fruit flavors and balanced with the perfect amount of racy acidity.

The wine has a lovely, fresh bouquet of wild strawberries and floral accents and on the palate it is dry and crisp with overtones of apricots and peaches.

Zardetto created a special Cuvée with a blend of Glera, for long-lasting, expressive citrus notes, Chardonnay, for rich body and creamy texture, and Muscat, for fresh floral and grapey aromas. This fine Cuvée manages to be both playful and refined at the same time—sure to please even the most discerning palates. Brilliant straw-yellow in color with a delicate perlage, this sparkler expresses notes of pears, apples and peaches with a hint of wild flowers.

Gotham’s first and signature wine, “The Finger”. From Doyle and Fulkerson Vineyards, prime sites on Seneca Lake. Vinified separately, then blended together to find a perfect balance at about 7.8 grams of acid balanced by approximately 10 grams sugar. This youthful and delicate wine dazzles with its multi-dimensional nose of tangerine, lime, and stone fruit. The lightly sweet palate introduces pomelo and Key lime along with acidity that lights up the wine’s light, zesty and vibrant body with pleasantly lower alcohol. An engaging array of summer flowers scents the back palate and fades into the modest finish.
