I would give no stars but you don't get an option option otherwise. Bought some bug repellent and when I took the cap off it leaked all my hands and clothing. Thirteen dollars and they do not give refunds only store credits. Not even a apology! My dry cleaner is doubtful that they can get the stain out. Buyer beware

Recently had some issues with bad food. They would not do exchange, it’s upsetting to buy expensive food that is bad and there is no help or support from the manager. The cashier was very kind.

Honestly since the new owner has taken over this establishment it’s been nothing but the best service . Staff are very friendly and helpful , great food options for people that are vegan , 10 out of 10 for variety of different healthy foods . Discounts to all military veterans first responders and college students. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

I have recently started shopping in the Poughkeepsie store again. I have found the employees to be very helpful and courteous. I love their selection of herbs and spices and the fact that you can scoop and bag your own. You don't have to buy too much prepackaged, or too little. I also love the raw local honey that you can package yourself. It's delicious! They have a great selection of herbal teas. The shampoo and conditioner shelves can be a little confusing and usually, almost bare, but they carry great brands of natural shampoo and conditioners. I've never ordered anything from the deli/lunch counter, so I can't comment on that aspect of the business. I've always been satisfied with everything I've purchased there. And they give a senior discount, which is a big plus!!
