Naruto Ramen, founded by Eisaku Nagai in 2007 in New York City, is beloved by ramen enthusiasts. Our broth and tender, slow-cooked chashu create a perfect bowl of ramen. At our counter seats, enjoy the live kitchen experience. Since 2024 Shun Shiroma has taken over Naruto Ramen. Shun trained at Tsuta, the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen restaurant in Tokyo, and oversaw the menu at Sazan Ramen in Austin, Texas. As Executive chef at 3Fils in Dubai, he led the restaurant to the No.1 of the 50 Best Restaurant MENA rankings and made a significant impact at 3 Fils by SLRP in Abu Dhabi.
