The main menu of Naruto ramen is the “Shoyu Ramen.” Based on the results of individual research, we were able to succeed in creating a rich, dense soup using pork and chicken as the base. Using this Shoyu Ramen already popular amongst the diners of the USA as the base, a whole variety of cooking style is offered. Similar to the Terakawa Ramen, original hand-made noodle with unique cooking method was used. Also, it is designed such that curly type noodles are used as the noodles so that the soup and the noodles will blend well together. Currently, stores are being developed in New York City and suburbs.
