Nando's PERi-PERi

Skip this Nando’s. Service was terrible. Ice maker broke had to walk upstairs. Waited over 30 minutes for food. After asking was told another 15 minutes. Staff couldn’t be bothered. Wasn’t even busy. Thought I was in the twilight zone. Requested a refund and left.

I don’t know why this place has a 4.2 rating, me and my friends are 6 weeks pregnant and our husbands drove us all the way from New York to satisfy our craving to find out their food gave us food poisoning. The chicken was completely burnt nothing had flavor. Utterly dissatisfied.

Horrible experience ordering in app and had to wait for 45 mins

Very slow, bad staff

Ordered sangria, 15 minutes in they said that they are “out of brandy” took them 10 minutes to refund. Wanted a gelado but they were also out :(

Wasn’t busy when there but watched my food get cold on the counter. When the lazy employee finally grabbed my food he stopped in the middle of the restaurant to speak with two different parties before finally bringing my food. He was waving my bowl of chips around within 18 inches of these random people. What is funny is he was wearing a Covid mask but was okay putting my food in the face of other customers. Food 2/10. Service 0.01/10. Avoid! Chicken Rice Chips all cold. Went back again thinking it was just a bad day. Nope, just POS employees! Cold food, and slooowwwww service. AVOID at all costs.

Food was ok, but they got the order wrong, the lemonade was great, service needs to improve, unisex restrooms, one of them had a defective latch.
