Can't get over how hot, friendly and professional Elise is

Can't ever fault Nando's, but this is probably the best one I've been to. Friendly staff, food seemed to have more flavour and was more tender than normal.

So glad there’s now a Nando’s closer to home!

Lovely, polite and friendly staff, clean and welcoming inside, and the choice of ordering from a person or using the app. Vegetarian options: Great imitator wrap is delicious, chick pea pitta is too.

Only the second time in 14years that I had had to complain about my food in a Nandos restaurant. Either you had a bad batch of chicken, you have storage issues or the grill chef was rushing because I ordered a whole chicken and it was stringy and undercooked so spoke to the staff and they happily replaced it without issue ....only, it was almost identical, perhaps fractionally better but NOTHING like the quality of food im used to getting, interestingly the chips on the replacement meal, even though a much larger portion were a mix of partially cooked and overdone. All in all a bit of a disaster, not going to say I wont be back, because i probably will but i hope that it was just a one off and not the awful distant cousin of the very good restaurants in Cardiff centre. I doubt anyone from Nandos corporate ever reads these but just a tip - if the chicken skin isnt crispy and the meat needs to be pulled rather than cut......its not cooked enough.

Really enjoyed our time here. Food arrived very quickly and was lovely, despite a busy day. Staff were very friendly, in particular Eniko (sorry if spelt wrong) and Jayden. Many thanks xxx

Order was taken wrong which ended up costing me £10 more, the person who wanted a vegetarian option on the children's menu only had the option of Mac n cheese (because apparently that's a good comparison for a chicken burger for a non vegetarian) at the the same cost. Some starters were forgotten about and I had to ask where this was and the food was poorly put together particularly the chicken pitta. Over £55 spent and wasn't worth half of that. Won't be going to nandos anymore particularly this one, they're just not worth it.
