Love this place. I’ve only recently discovered filipino food. Nanay’s has been my favorite restaurant to explore it all. I’ve tried everything but don’t remember their name. If you’re just starting out, their breakfast options are delicious and more similar to American choices, like sausages and egg. All with an amazing garlic rice. If you’re into the more interesting and different dishes, Dinuguan is a black pork dish, black with pork blood. Dinuguan with rice and their deliciously tart sinigang (complimentary with their combo plates) to cut the richness of the dinuguan. It’s perfection. Dinuguan is if you love fatty meat. It coats the white rice for a party in your mouth.
Amazing food and Amazing people!
My wife rates it as the best Filipino food in the east valley. Please don't reuse fryer oil, it makes your food less delicious and healthy. Portions are smaller than they used to be and prices seem to have gone up even more than inflation. We have visited 20 times,at least, over the years and based off our last visit it is definitely not currently a 5 Star establishment.
The filipino food here is one of the best restaurants in the East Valley. The customer service and food quality was the best.
