Carl Musso never started with a grand plan, in fact, what he had was a sausage recipe from our ancestors in Lucca, Sicily. He wanted to share the amazing tasteful sausage with the Pueblo County area, so he opened Musso's Restaurant in 1991. He never expected it to become what it has become today. Carl passed on the family business to his only daughter, Lisa Musso. The restaurant has been feeding regulars and getting new customers every day for over 20 years now! Our secret?
