Muerde la Pasta

It was a very bad experience the second time for organising a birthday party, the staff is not in time at all, not serving the cake, when you tell them that the service is not ok they are asking you to leave if you want??!? We had exclusivity but still there were other people from outside enjoying our buffet, as well as the personnel .. Not recommended at all for events, no customer service at all and the worst service we had in Spain!

Definitivamente no vuelvo,la comida ha bajado de variedad y calidad ,pero lo más penoso ha sido el trato de una señorita maleducada,le hemos pedido una mesa cerca del buffet,ya que mi madre no puede andar bien y está señorita nos ha negado la mesa alegando que iban a cerrar ese pasillo,a los cinco minutos ha empezado a llegar gente y se ha sentado en ese mismo pasillo que iban a cerrar.Cuando se lo he comentado me ha dejado con la palabra en la boca,diciendo que yo le faltaba al respeto.Alucino,eso pasa por poner a gente sin educación y sin formación.

La calidad-precio es adecuada, mucho sabor, variedad para todos los gustos, y local agradable, tanto el del CC Saler como el del Centro de Valencia. Los postres muy mejorables, pero igualmente disponen de variedad. En general muy bien, tanto si quieres comer sano como si no tanto, o prefieres opciones vegetarianas, es un local muy apropiado.

Had a friend warn us. Said they demanded a refund. We said, "I'm sure it's not that bad" and went. Brutal bad. Huge buffet of pastas you need to scrape off the metal as it is dry and stale. Sauceless pizze that is bread with a single pepperoni on each slice. Some pastas floating in sauces so watery its like skim milk. I think they add water to revive the dried dishes. I felt sick watching people eat around me and literally sick 2 hours later from a few things I braved trying. When you make pasta at home and the noodle sit for 20 min they turn hard and dry... so what happens when 30 dishes sit there for hours and thats your choice. Not a single appetizing thing in 70ft of buffet. Just plain nasty.
