Opened in 2014, MT Noodles Vietnamese Restaurant was born from a true passion for cooking and a desire to share the authentic taste of Vietnamese food with the people of Minnesota. From My Tho, Vietnam, Anh Bui has been cooking her homemade family recipes for over 30 years. Her true passion for cooking stems from seeing the joy on everyone's faces after eating one of her dishes. Even if you've never met her she will still be the first to ask "Did you eat, yet?"
