You'll know you're in the right place when you step out of your car to the wonderful aroma of food on the grill! Delicious meats, savoury sides (get the mac n cheese) and glorious desserts.

The food is amazing and this was my first time trying the cuisine. Best restaurant to try. The owner and the staff are amazing hardworking happy people. Happy vibes.

The ribs were absolutely delicious!! The sides were fabulous!! We recommend the cabbage and sausage (if you like a kick), mac and cheese was sooo creamy and filling! We plan on trying the sweet potatoes next time! Still dreaming of the cookies, they are to die for! Will think to take pics next time …our dinner was so good!

First time here! I love that it's family run, they're all so helpful. I got a few snacks, and ordered the catfish dinner (catfish, sweet potatoes, Mac n cheese, collar greens and cornbread. Also got an order of jerk wings fresh off the charcoal bbq, and while you wait they give you a burger on the house!! DELISH!! We'll definitely be back

I went on pretty much opening day after their soft launch. Not much for seating, so it seems to be more of a grab and go type of place. The bbqs outside smelt great and could be smelt from down the block, the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. They use Square for transactions, if that matters for you. Although there was a line to order of about a dozen people, it only took about 10 - 15 minutes for me to get to the counter. Great decorations all around the inside, which all followed the same theme. The food was stored and served from buffet style trays, which kept them warm, for the most part. Amazing sauce on the ribs that I ordered. I was told that some of the pricing is as follows: 1/4 ribs $15, 1/2 ribs $25, 1/4 ribs with meal totalled $40. I only found parking on the street, although pelissier has plenty of parking in this area. Looks like they could have patio space out front, during the summer. We'll see if they decide if it's a good call. It also looks like they may main to serve desserts in the future? I would definitely be interested in a late night downtown dessert place.
