They are very very friendly and efficient clean environment everything is freshly made and neatly made they make u feel at home I would highly recommend them over any other store this is my favorite store

I ordered a 10" Romanburger BTE and charged for it. Got home and found a regular Romanburger.

We picked up and the food was hot and fresh! My new favorite Mr. Hero! Had to do drive-thru due to remodeling.

I ordered my food online was ready at 6:41 I went in at 6:42 no one said Hi I was handed my bag and the worker went to the back I waited since she never have me my drink up once she did that I get to the car my fries are cold my cheese sauce is also cold so now I'm upset I drove from the East side of Cleveland get home and my sandwich has onions i said no onions and it taste burnt all for $13 guess next time I'll eat from one of the other food places around Ridge road

Bread not so fresh food not the best didn't taste good the burgers could have been cooked longer
