Mr. Fries Man is a family-owned restaurant that’s part of a groundbreaking foodie movement in Los Angeles. Founded in 2016 by Craig Batiste and his wife Dorothy, they started from a home kitchen before opening their first restaurant in Gardena, CA. Their strong social media presence quickly built a devoted following, leading to the grand opening of their first brick-and-mortar location on February 2017. After three successful years, Mr. Fries Man began franchising in 2020, signing 21 new locations within the first 7 months. Known as one of South Bay’s favorite spots, we’re committed to quality and exceptional ingredients to create the best food experience for our community.
