Lovely food totally enjoyed my meal , lovely staff we had take away . portions were perfect , will def be returning .

Right, so just been to this place and cannae commend highly enough. We were a walk in so didn't book bu were given a table printing. The staff, although under pressure from other clientele, attended us with drink and snack. We could see that others were leaving due to dissatisfaction but we were not affected and thanks to the staff and owner had a superb Date Night. Cannot recommend highly enough. Took a while after ordering a takeaway, staff were polite. Brought us some pakora to have whilst we waited. Food was well worth the wait, absolutely delicious. If the issues with service are sorted out this will be a great restaurant.

My wife and I are so happy that the taste of “Shimla Palace” in Cowdenbeath has finally come to Falkirk! When we lived in Cowdenbeath we were regulars at the Shimla and after we moved to Falkirk 6 years ago we couldn’t find another Indian restaurant that was anywhere near as good as the Shimla. Got a takeaway tonight and we were transported back to those days in Cowdenbeath. Woohoo!!! We’ve found our favourite Indian again on our doorstep. Well done to the owners of Mount View. We will definitely see you again!!

Great food, great service reasonably priced. Only feedback I’d give is get a sign on the outside next to the road that’s lights up because you can blink and miss it so easily.

Quiet evening, but the food and service were fantastic. We all had different dishes from mild to spicy and could not fault them, really delicious. I had the Mount View Fish Curry, I would definitely recommend this dish can't wait to revisit! Highly recommended
