Using our flagship cream ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew, Cali Creamin' Peaches & Cream highlights hints of vanilla and a distinct yellow peach flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than its original Cali Creamin' counterpart. All-Purpose is your new go-to pils that honors German brewing traditions through the use of Bavarian noble hops and traditional German yeast. Bittered with German Magnum and whirlpooled with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang, the hops add a soft fruitiness reminiscent of melon, grass and white pepper, followed by herbal and cassis notes, respectively. The overall impression is a dry, crushable beer but with more hop character than you’ll find in similar North-American styles.

A bright, effervescent and ultra-pale champagne colored lager with aromas of delicate jasmine tea, cherry blossom and rice-crisp. Very light bodied and crisp, our take on the classic Japanese lager is lightly hopped with floral noble hops and American grown Adeena and Loral hops, imparting a delicate orange-blossom and tea-like floral aroma. Built to be very refreshing and ultra-drinkable, this balanced lager finishes light and dry. ABV: 4.8% IBU: 15 SRM: 3

Ascent is a West Coast-style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, Ascent impresses with a light malt bill of just Pale 2 Row, Pilsner, and Dextrin malt. In an effort to extract the best qualities from the hops, the beer is formulated carefully to allow all the best qualities to come through. The result is a light-bodied beer but with a hugely supportive mid-palate and a dry, dank finish.

This extremely fruit expressive and juicy Double IPA has been enhanced with natural terpenes to boost all the ripe tropical and berry fruit notes to the max. Ultra-drinkable for its high alcohol content, this soft and moderately sweet IPA is meant to push the needle on flavor and alcohol. ABV 9.2% IBU: 20 SRM: 9

Free fall starts with a medium to full body thanks to a heavy adjunct grain bill of oats and wheat on top of Pale 2-Row, creating a characteristic haze and sturdy mid-palate. The hop trio of Strata, Citra, and Nelson need no introduction but serve to really bring forward fruit expressions with a dank edge. Strawberry and peach preserves kick off a medley of fruit flavor that also leans into mango, lime, and passionfruit, with an herbal, kush-like finish. ABV: 7.2% IBU: 40 SRM: 6

Cosmic Dissonance is built around a light grain bill that consists of Pale 2-Row, Wheat malt, and loads of oats, producing a soft mouthfeel and beautiful glowing haze. It features the newest of the New Zealand fruit-forward hops, Superdelic (formerly NZ-102) and expresses heavy tropical fruit notes and berry, balanced with sweet citrus. Our selected Galaxy presents with strong peach and passionfruit notes. We also added light amounts of Sabro for mango, vanilla and its signature floral attributes. Simcoe then brings a boost of sticky apricot and a bit of dankness. All-in-all this is a mind-melting, full-bodied HIPA that will blow you away from the moment you crack the can. ABV: 7.2% IBU: 50 SRM: 6.5

Our signature dark ale is the best part of waking up. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Accentuated by the use of Vanilla, lactose, and a heavy dose of oats, this big-bodied stout further impresses by finishing with a rich coffee aroma. ALSO ON NITRO. CONTAINS LACTOSE.

INSPIRED BY THE CLASSIC COCKTAIL our Barrel-Aged Old Ale is brewed with real Maraschino cherry syrup and navel orange zest. Finally, choice aromatic bitters are added for complexity after 12 months in oak casks. Expect a thick, mahogany body with complex caramel, vanilla, and herbal qualities. Allow to warm slightly for best results. ABV : 12.5% IBU: 60

Don’t let it fool you. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. A dry finish with molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish medium-bodied but never cloying. Using an amped up version of our gold medal-winning brown ale, we layered in toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and Papua New Guinea Arabica coffee beans in addition to carefully chosen caramel and roasted malts. The impression is a warming 13% silky brew that layers dessert-like flavors and a bit of residual malt sweetness to balance the alcohol. Nuanced nuttiness and toffee candy dance on the rim at the finish

Our Spring release is rich with whiskey and oak from a two-year aging process in toasted bourbon casks. After blending, we added ancho chilies, cayenne peppers, Saigon cinnamon, and cocoa nibs to create the perfect Mexican chocolate inspired beer. The chilies help to balance the alcohol and give depth of flavor. Dark chocolate adds its own flair, while also helping to meld the different spices together. This is a big full-bodied stout that is best enjoyed slightly warmed. ABV: 11.5% IBU: 70 SRM: 40+
