Showcasing the new and experimental varietal HBC-1134 from the Hop Breeding Company in Yakima, Washington, this contemporary take on a German-Style Pilsner is bright, pale, smoothly bittered, and Highlights noble-like aromatics and flavors of wildflowers, pine, sandalwood, rose and white pepper along with candied lemon peel. Brewed in partnership with the FWD hop and hop product development program, a brewer-led wing of Yakima Chief Hops Research and Development program. Please feel free to use Untappd or DraughtLab to submit feedback on the beer to assist in gauging interest in this product. ABV: 5% IBU: 35 SRM: 4

All-Purpose is your new go-to pils that honors German brewing traditions through the use of Bavarian noble hops and traditional German yeast. Bittered with German Magnum and whirlpooled with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang, the hops add a soft fruitiness reminiscent of melon, grass and white pepper, followed by herbal and cassis notes, respectively. The overall impression is a dry, crushable beer but with more hop character than you’ll find in similar North-American styles.

Cosmic Dissonance is built around a light grain bill that consists of Pale 2-Row, Wheat malt, and loads of oats, producing a soft mouthfeel and beautiful glowing haze. It features the newest of the New Zealand fruit-forward hops, Superdelic (formerly NZ-102) and expresses heavy tropical fruit notes and berry, balanced with sweet citrus. Our selected Galaxy presents with strong peach and passionfruit notes. We also added light amounts of Sabro for mango, vanilla and its signature floral attributes. Simcoe then brings a boost of sticky apricot and a bit of dankness. All-in-all this is a mind-melting, full-bodied HIPA that will blow you away from the moment you crack the can. ABV: 7.2% IBU: 50 SRM: 6.5

Our Annual “Farm-to-kettle” brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features the groundbreaking varietal, Krush, formerly known as HBC-586 and well known for its intense tropical fruit profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine. HOPS: Fresh Krush Hops 6.7% ABV 67 IBU

A celebration of Idaho ingredients, this IPA is brewed with all Idaho malt and a ridiculous amount of freshly picked Idaho 7 hops. Idaho 7 was developed by Jackson Farms in Wilder and has gained popularity with brewers since it’s release in 2015. This bold and intensely hoppy IPA is a gold colored, firmly bittered, and pops with ripe tropical guava, tangerine, bubblegum and hints of pine resin. The Mother Earth Brew team prides itself on offering the absolute freshest of fresh Hop IPA’s. Our brewery is 20 minutes from Jackson Farms and we believe this beer represents the essence of Idaho 7. ABV 7.0% IBU: 77 SRM: 7

Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, Ascent impresses with a light malt bill of just Pale 2 Row, Pilsner, and Dextrin malt. In an effort to extract the best qualities from the hops, the beer is formulated carefully to allow all the best qualities to come through. The result is a light-bodied beer but with a hugely supportive mid-palate and a dry, dank finish.

Our signature dark ale is the best part of waking up. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Accentuated by the use of Vanilla, lactose, and a heavy dose of oats, this big-bodied stout further impresses by finishing with a rich coffee aroma. ALSO ON NITRO. CONTAINS LACTOSE.

4Seasons Autumn ‘22 was an opportunity to have fun with maple, a flavor that has few uses outside of big dessert-like beers. Notes of chocolate and coffee malts also create a rich environment that meld perfectly with sweet maple and nutty, earthy pecan. The mouthfeel is thick and luscious, and the aroma is like dessert-in-a-glass without over-the-top sweetness. Brown sugar is added late-boil to create a distinct brûlée finish enhanced by dark, roasted malts.

Our seasonal winter-warmer is amber hued, high-ABV, Strong Ale with notes of toffee, macadamia nuts, maple, and honey. A robust grain bill of various caramel malts, Victory, Honey malt, and oats create a sturdy backbone to stand up the hefty ABV while ensuring the beer stays silky rather than hot. The overall impression is a quaffable winter ale that is best enjoyed slightly warmed and sipped out of a snifter or tulip.

LIKE A JAR OF HOMEMADE SPICED PLUM JAM our barrel aged Old Ale plays off of complex melanoidins by providing a rich fruit-forward backbone that is preceded by familiar seasonal baking spices on the nose. A hefty body and subtle oakiness linger just long enough to remind you of the months and months the beer spent in casks developing its compound flavors. ABV : 11% IBU: 45

Don’t let it fool you. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. A dry finish with molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish medium-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there...a fantastic example of a legendary beer style. Featured Ingredients: Peanut Butter **contains no allergens**

Using an amped up version of our gold medal-winning brown ale, we layered in toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and Papua New Guinea Arabica coffee beans in addition to carefully chosen caramel and roasted malts. The impression is a warming 13% silky brew that layers dessert-like flavors and a bit of residual malt sweetness to balance the alcohol. Nuanced nuttiness and toffee candy dance on the rim at the finish.

Winter ’21, a bourbon barrel-aged spiced plum winter ale, isn’t just a mouthful to pronounce. It possesses a similar base blend as its series’ predecessor, Autumn ’21, using an English Old Ale with deep mahogany tones that develops a purplish hue thanks to the addition of plum and blueberry puree, as well as seasonal spices, like cinnamon & nutmeg.

We really took our time crafting our Riptide Root Beer. If you make soda, you have to get this one right! It’s got all of the classic richness of a vintage root beer, and we added a kick of ginger to drive the flavor home!
