Showcasing the new and experimental varietal HBC-1134 from the Hop Breeding Company in Yakima, Washington, this contemporary take on a German-Style Pilsner is bright, pale, smoothly bittered, and Highlights noble-like aromatics and flavors of wildflowers, pine, sandalwood, rose and white pepper along with candied lemon peel. Brewed in partnership with the FWD hop and hop product development program, a brewer-led wing of Yakima Chief Hops Research and Development program.
