Using our flagship cream ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew, Cali Creamin' Peaches & Cream highlights hints of vanilla and a distinct yellow peach flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than its original Cali Creamin' counterpart. It's like Grandma's peach cobbler, but cold, carbonated and without all the guilt.

Ascent is a West Coast-style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, Ascent impresses with a light malt bill of just Pale 2 Row, Pilsner, and Dextrin malt. In an effort to extract the best qualities from the hops, the beer is formulated carefully to allow all the best qualities to come through. The result is a light-bodied beer but with a hugely supportive mid-palate and a dry, dank finish

Leaning on a slightly higher finishing gravity rather than adjunct sugars for body, Heavy Cloud is Lactose-free and features the smooth, low-bitterness impression that fans of the style love. A cloud-like haze is derived from a generous bill of wheat and oats. Finally, the aroma and flavor scream tropical oasis - passion fruit, pineapple, lychee and coconut. Hops: Galaxy, Citra, Sabro

Our Annual “Farm-to-kettle” brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features the groundbreaking varietal, Krush, formerly known as HBC-586 and well known for its intense tropical fruit profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine. ABV: 6.7% IBU: 67 SRM: 6

Cosmic Dissonance is built around a light grain bill that consists of Pale 2-Row, Wheat malt, and loads of oats, producing a soft mouthfeel and beautiful glowing haze. It features the newest of the New Zealand fruit-forward hops, Superdelic (formerly NZ-102) and expresses heavy tropical fruit notes and berry, balanced with sweet citrus. Our selected Galaxy presents with strong peach and passionfruit notes. We also added light amounts of Sabro for mango, vanilla and its signature floral attributes. Simcoe then brings a boost of sticky apricot and a bit of dankness. All-in-all this is a mind-melting, full-bodied HIPA that will blow you away from the moment you crack the can

Spirit Animal is a tropical fruit bomb and features a newer New Zealand hop, Nectaron.Flavors and aromas are reminiscent of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. All these flavors are layered on our baseline Project X malt bill which consists of barley, wheat, and oats, giving the beer a soft but full-bodied backbone to hold up to an aggressive hopping regimen

Our signature dark ale is the best part of waking up. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Accentuated by the use of Vanilla, lactose, and a heavy dose of oats, this big-bodied stout further impresses by finishing with a rich coffee aroma. ALSO ON NITRO. CONTAINS LACTOSE.

A solid roasty backbone, full body, and absolute velvet finish round out hints of nutty toffee and chocolate. The barrels impart fantastic oak and vanilla characteristics, and a muted hop aroma allows the caramel maltiness to shine.
