Using our flagship cream ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew, Cali Creamin' Peaches & Cream highlights hints of vanilla and a distinct yellow peach flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than its original Cali Creamin' counterpart. It's like Grandma's peach cobbler, but cold, carbonated and without all the guilt.

In an effort to add some seasonal variety to the Four-Season program, our brewers took a break from the usual big stout Four Seasons has become known for, to a more approachable Oak-aged German-style Lager. Using virgin, medium-toast oak casks, we laid down our German Festbier just long enough to pick-up some mild oak tannins to balance notes of honey, toasted bread, and a touch of malt sweetness. The malt base consists of premium Pilsen with an all-German specialty blend of Vienna and Munich. Noble hop varietals lend an appropriate earthy and herbal characteristic to achieve total balance to a complex, yet highly drinkable lager ABV:5.9% IBU:40 SRM:5

Showcasing the new and experimental varietal HBC-1134 from the Hop Breeding Company in Yakima, Washington, this contemporary take on a German-Style Pilsner is bright, pale, smoothly bittered, and Highlights noble-like aromatics and flavors of wildflowers, pine, sandalwood, rose and white pepper along with candied lemon peel. Brewed in partnership with the FWD hop and hop product development program, a brewer-led wing of Yakima Chief Hops Research and Development program. After a long selection process looking at dozens and dozens of individual lots of New Zealand hop varietals, we settled on singular lots of Motueka, Riwaka, and Mac Hops grown Wai-iti hops. This crisp and refreshing Pils is light bodied, bright, pale, lively, and finishes with a subtle and snappy bitterness. Aromas and flavors of passionfruit, lime zest, geranium, gooseberry, honey and a faint grassy note from generous additions of fine New Zealand hops. Fans of NZ Sauvignon Blanc will rejoice with this bright and ultra-refreshing interpretation of Pilsner with a Southern Hemisphere twist. ABV: 5.1% IBU: 43 SRM: 4

Spirit Animal is a tropical fruit bomb and features a newer New Zealand hop, Nectaron.Flavors and aromas are reminiscent of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. All these flavors are layered on our baseline Project X malt bill which consists of barley, wheat, and oats, giving the beer a soft but full-bodied backbone to hold up to an aggressive hopping regimen

Cosmic Dissonance is built around a light grain bill that consists of Pale 2-Row, Wheat malt, and loads of oats, producing a soft mouthfeel and beautiful glowing haze. It features the newest of the New Zealand fruit-forward hops, Superdelic (formerly NZ-102) and expresses heavy tropical fruit notes and berry, balanced with sweet citrus. Our selected Galaxy presents with strong peach and passionfruit notes. We also added light amounts of Sabro for mango, vanilla and its signature floral attributes. Simcoe then brings a boost of sticky apricot and a bit of dankness. All-in-all this is a mind-melting, full-bodied HIPA that will blow you away from the moment you crack the can.

Ascent is a West Coast-style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, Ascent impresses with a light malt bill of just Pale 2 Row, Pilsner, and Dextrin malt. In an effort to extract the best qualities from the hops, the beer is formulated carefully to allow all the best qualities to come through. The result is a light-bodied beer but with a hugely supportive mid-palate and a dry, dank finish

A dry, West Coast IPA, teeming with fruit and pine notes. Big nose, hop forward. Very Clean finish. Hops: Warrior, El Dorado, Mosaic, Simcoe. Availability: Year-round

This extremely fruit expressive and juicy Double IPA has been enhanced with natural terpenes to boost all the ripe tropical and berry fruit notes to the max. Ultra-drinkable for its high alcohol content, this soft and moderately sweet IPA is meant to push the needle on flavor and alcohol. ABV: 9.3% IBU: 20 SRM: 9

Our Annual “Farm-to-kettle” brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features the groundbreaking varietal, Krush, formerly known as HBC-586 and well known for its intense tropical fruit profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine. ABV: 6.7% IBU: 67 SRM: 6

Our signature dark ale is the best part of waking up. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Accentuated by the use of Vanilla, lactose, and a heavy dose of oats, this big-bodied stout further impresses by finishing with a rich coffee aroma. ALSO ON NITRO. CONTAINS LACTOSE.

A solid roasty backbone, full body, and absolute velvet finish round out hints of nutty toffee and chocolate. The barrels impart fantastic oak and vanilla characteristics, and a muted hop aroma allows the caramel maltiness to shine.

Don’t let it fool you. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. A dry finish with molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish medium-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there...a fantastic example of a legendary beer style

This Southern whiskey-based classic leans heavily on barrel-aged spirit and is accented by oak and aromaticbitters. The original utilized a lemon garnish and sometimes, an absinthe wash, which we’ve simulated by adding just a touch of lemon peel and anise, respectively. The sweetness and bitters balance the alcohol while anise and lemon peel draw out the nuances of the whiskey. To help add backbone, a complex flavor profile was achieved using various toasted malts, such as Victory and Special B, in addition to oats and Carapils for body. This full-bodied stout will instantly transport you to simpler times, and pays a nod to the original timeless cocktail - the Sazerac.
