The Sumatra beans contribute earthy notes and thick syrupy mouthfeel, while the Kona coffee yields a mild and flavorful mid-palate, and the Kenya livens up the whole blend with a lemon zest acidity.

a unique coffee varietal originally found on the Réunion Island in the Indian Ocean. The tree is a dwarf Bourbon varietal.It’s named Pointu because of the way the beans themselves taper to a point. It’s a low yield tree and it’s naturally low in caffeine, 0.4% versus 1.2-1.6% for other arabica beans.Our beans came from La finca Nuova Granada in San Marcos Guatemala.The taste is sweet with a fruity and floral aroma reminiscent of plum, peach, figue and a hint of dark chocolate.Definitely worth your bucket list.
