Best steakhouse in town! Exceptional service every time!

Good is amazing had the dry aged ribeye, the drinks were fantastic had the starburst martini, and the French onion soup which is the best I’ve ever had, sure it’s expensive but I honestly believe I got what I paid for. The service is phenomenal and just made my birthday an amazing occasion, thank you so much for the awesome evening .

We sat down at 8:20, waitress was fine at first but slowly lost interest in our table. Food didn’t show up until almost an hour later, steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus were extremely cold and the lobster Mac was scorching hot. The server didn’t come back for another 45 minutes to ask for boxes and offer a commentary desert(for some reason) When I complained about the food she turned her nose up at us and said they would talk to the front. She came back said we comped one drink for you and walked away. Highly disappointed for 250$.

Had a birthday dinner in a private dining room (2nd floor). I worked with Kate, the coordinator. She was awesome. Her customer service was better than the managers. I reached out to her as I was planning the dinner and she was extremely helpful. #rockstar. Also, William was our server for the night and he was awesome. Very professional, made my guest comfortable and helpful and efficient. The food was a 10/10. King crab legs, steak, salmon, Lobster mac, and onion rings rocked! Everything was great! Highly recommend. Oh! valet is $10. Great service Kate and William. Parking: You can try to find street parking but the valet $10.00 is not bad Kid-friendliness: Welcoming

Please adress the concerns I have with the service and menu! After paying 270.00 for a mediocre meal I feel taken advantage of and currently cannot recommend your establishment. Entrées should never take that long even on a holiday/ special event! At your price point service should be spot on, our server " a young gentleman with facial hair" was disappointing. I hope you investigate these issues and make it right!

Omg!!! This is the best steakhouse that I’ve ever been to. Absolutely amazing food and service. Our server Chase was on point. The entire staff really works well to help each other and provide unbelievably fantastic customer service. The steak was so well seasoned that i didn’t even need any salt or pepper. Felt completely catered to by the staff. Just an absolute amazing experience. Wow Wow Wow!!!!!
