Morton's The Steakhouse

Everything was delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops were my favorite.

The experience we had was great as we were with a great group of friends but I was highly disappointed with the management. He acted very entitled and rude when addressing our concerns of an over cooked steak. In my professional opinion the manager needs to take class on etiquette and how to treat the customers with empathy. He is representing the business in a poor manner and we will not be returning. Our waiter on the other hand was extremely professional and delightful. As a group we rate the food a 5/10 at best and you can get a better steak at capital grill down the road.

First time to Morton’s and I won’t be back. Sat at the bar with 3 people for 30+ minutes and was never even greeted. For a place that has $35 cocktails you would think the service would be impeccable. Happy I never gave them a dollar

Initially i thought i didn’t like Morton’s BUT this visit on Christmas Day was phenomenal, the gm came to our table and gave my daughter a free dessert and their ribeye is phenomenal, you can get compound butter but they really prepare a steak that doesn’t need it!!! At the Troy location i can’t speak for the rest of the chain but im going back and plan on making it a monthly thing the service was phenomenal

Wonderful experience. My wife and I shared a bit of everything and it was all Amazing! Rebeka was awesome and gave us great recommendations on drinks, appetizers and sides. Everything was 5 stars! State street bourbon, 12oz Filet, lobster mac, Shrimp Alexander, Banana fosters cheese cake. We will be back again soon.

I went here for my 21st birthday and I left extremely disappointed. When me and my group first entered the host who was also the manager kat or Kate was extremely disrespectful she was looking us up and down and discriminated against us as soon as we walked in told us we had to sit at the bar area because someone had a hoodie on. Once we sat down I went to the bathroom and seen 3 people sitting in the dining area with hats and hoodies on. Then while we was waiting on our food that took 2 hours the server acted like she didn’t want to answer our questions. As we were calling her name she walked past multiple times and ignored us so I asked for a manager the manager Kate took over 30 mins to come to us and got nothing resolved. Then we received our food and the garlic mashed potatoes was ice cold and my steak was rare when I asked for well done. So I asked for the manager again and they ignored me multiple times till she finally came and I asked her to take my food back so she took it and we got the bill and some of my food was still on the receipt, by the time she took the rest of my food I didn’t eat it off the receipt it was over 3 hours of time wasted on my 21st birthday. I left out disappointed and hungry I won’t ever be to this place again. I called the next day to get corporate number and they hung up on me
