Morrisons Cafe

Ordered two vegan breakfasts that upon arrival came with butter. Mentioned this to the staff to make them aware incase someone orders with a dairy allergy. I was offered dairy free spread but no apology. The breakfast itself was reasonable. Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Overpriced microwaved food. Kids meals burnt. Some Morrisons cafes have decent enough food, this was terrible Staff were nice.

I would rate it a zero if I could I tried to ask for somebody to ask them a question she completely ignored me and my friend and told us she didn't care I find that very disappointing and disgraceful also I found beans on the floor

We came to have breakfast here today. We ordered 2 full English breakfast. After 30 min waiting still no food. They seem to be doing a lot of online take out deliveries but not actually care for customers who are waiting in the cafe. Will not use morrison cafe again. It's not cheap either plus bad service

Worst Morrisons cafe ever. Nothing in stock, people don't want to work there. Just close it and put us out of our misery

Couldn't even be bothered to serve us, stood at the till waiting for 10 minutes, kept on being told be with you in a minute but got fed up of waiting. Very very poor and pathetic.

Never will I be going back, after 50miniutes of waiting for food it came out burnt we only had a burger and a English breakfast, I struggled to bite through the burger and my partner struggled to get the knife through his black pudding

Went to morrisons in penrith. Bacon uncooked ,poached eggs like bullets. Asked them to cook bacon a little longer. Plate had beans and hash browns on . Returned after 15 mins, bacon like rubber, beans and hash browns cold. Unable to eat and i eat anything. Told cook it was disgusting, all she was sorry, no offer of a fresh one or a refund. Wont eat there again.

The new menu is ace! Main l, drink and sweet for £8.99 is great. Wide variety of options and really good value. All day breakfasts as well

Ordered 2 full breakfast 1 with fried egg and 1 with poached egg, the poached egg was solid and ask the staff to change it, only to get a reply of sorry the eggs are part cooked on paper and are all like that. The other breakfast was cold. Even the butter would not melt on the toast. Nothing was warm. Just gave up .The worst breakfast I have ever had.
